The non access restriction along a portion of Twin <br /> <br />Dolphin Drive to be vacated was established by and designated on <br /> <br />that certain map entitled "Shores Center Unit No.1" as recorded <br /> <br />in volume 106 of Maps, Page 5, Records of San Mateo County, <br /> <br />California, and is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at Monument No. 15 on Twin Dolphin Drive as shown <br />on that certain Parcel Map entitled "Shores Center Unit No. <br />1" filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of <br />San Mateo County, State of California in Volume 106 of <br />Parcel Maps at pages 3-5; thence from said Point of <br />Beginning South 44032' 43" East, 21.34 feet; thence North <br />45027'17" East, 45.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of <br />the non-access line to be described hereby; thence from said <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING along the Westerly boundary of Lot 6 <br />and the Easterly boundary of Twin Dolphin Drive, North <br />44032'43" West, 21.34 feet; thence along the arc of a <br />tangent curve to the left with a radius of 1,045.00 feet, <br />through a central angle of 9044'04", for an arc length of <br />177.55 feet to the end of the non-access line. Thence from <br />last said point, leaving the boundary described above, <br />radial to the last said curve South 35043'13" West, 45.00 <br />feet; thence along the arc of a non-tangent curve to the <br />right with a radius of 1,000.00 feet, and to which beginning <br />a radial line bears South 35043'13" West, through a central <br />angle of 9044'04", for an arc length of 169.90 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning described above. <br /> <br />3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, January 28, 1985, <br /> <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is the <br /> <br />time and place set for hearing all persons interested in, or <br /> <br />objecting to, the proposed vacation. <br /> <br />4.
