4. NOTICES. Any notice, demand, request, consent, approval, waiver, or communication that <br /> <br /> any party desires or is required to give to another pasty or any other person shall be in writing and <br /> either served personally or sent by prepaid rnail, and if given by mail shall be deemed sufficiently given <br /> when sent by registered or certified mail. Any notice, demand, request, consent, approval, waiver, <br /> or communication that any party desires or is required to give by mail to another party shall be <br /> addressed to the other, parties at the addresses set forth below. Any party may change its address, by <br /> notifying the other parties of the change o£ address.
