December 2, 2002 <br /> <br />Subject <br />City Clerk Salary <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Recommendation to adjust the salary of the position of City Clerk <br /> <br />'Background <br />The City Council having conducted a performance evaluation of the City Clerk, it is <br />recommended to the City Council that the City Clerk receive a salary adjustment of 6% <br />retroactive to April 8, 2002. The City Council will review the City Clerk's pay for <br />performance bonus which may be up to ten (10%) percent at a later time. <br /> <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> Sufficient funds exist within the 2002 - 2003 budget to address this adjustment.
