Section 5. Certification of Passaqe; Publication. The City Clerk is hereby <br />ordered and directed to certify to the passage of this Ordinance by the City Council of <br />the Redwood City, California, and cause the same to be published in the Redwood City <br />Almanac, a newspaper of general cimulation, published and circulated in the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
