RELATING TO ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION FOR WATER SYSTEM (REDWOOD <br />SHORES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City plans to design and construct certain cathodic <br /> <br />protection improvements to its water system at Redwood Shores; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />experienced and qualified to perform all of the services required <br /> <br />in connection with the preparation of such engineering services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and CH2M Hill, California, Inc. entitled II Agreement For <br /> <br />Engineering Services For Water System - Redwood Shores" (form <br /> <br />dated 9/25/84), a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9699 <br />
