<br />DCB:sh 9/21/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9698 <br /> <br />OJ'dG1NAL <br />OCT 1 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />RESOURCES ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, RELATING TO FINAL <br />DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF CONTRACT PLANS FOR 1984-85 <br />WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT AND REPLACEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires final design and <br /> <br />contract plans for 1984-85 Water Main Improvement and Replacement <br /> <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Resources Engineering and Management, Burlingame, California, to <br /> <br />perform such design and contract plans which shall include, but <br /> <br />not be limited to, facility evaluation, base map preparation, <br /> <br />preliminary improvement plans, final improvement plans and <br /> <br />preconstruction services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resources <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Management <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />represented to the City that it is experienced and qualified to <br /> <br />perform all of the abovementioned services as further described <br /> <br />in the proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Resources <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Management, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement For Engineering Services For Water Main Replacement <br /> <br />and Improvement Projects 1984-85" (form dated 9/21/84) a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />9698 <br />
