<br />DES:sh 8/24/84 <br /> <br />1. That certain Settlement Agreement providing for the <br />settlement of the Action and dismissal thereof against the City <br />of Redwood City, a copy of which Settlement Agreement is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said Settlement Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br />2. Upon execution of the Settlement Agreement by all <br />parties thereto, the City Attorney is hereby authorized and <br />directed to file, or permit to be filed, said Settlement <br />Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
