<br />~:sh 8/15/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9674 <br /> <br />ORIGINAl <br />AUG 2 7 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF WATER TELEMETRY SYSTEM FOR 1984-85 FISCAL YEAR IN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain bid documents for maintenance of the Water Telemetry <br /> <br />System for Fiscal Year 1984-85 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents entitled "Special <br /> <br />Provisions for 11aintenance for Water Telemetry Storm and Sewer <br /> <br />Systems, 1984-85 Fiscal Year, City of Redwood City," on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the performance of such work in <br /> <br />accordance with the bid documents therefore, said advertisement <br /> <br />to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set <br /> <br />forth in the abovementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9674 <br />
