The foundation is <br />not constructed of concrete or <br />masonary and has been severely <br />destroyed. The vertical wood <br />structural members also tilt. <br />Therefore, the building is <br />extremely dangerous for <br />children and vagrants who may <br />enter it <br /> <br />3. The owner of the buildings at 441 Jackson Street is <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such building or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such buildings. <br /> <br />4. The owner of such a building is hereby notified that <br /> <br />unless the owner abates such nuisances within such (30) day period <br /> <br />the buildings will be razed or removed by the City and all <br /> <br />expenses thereof shall be made a lien on property at 441 Jackson <br /> <br />Street (APN 053-053-050) in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />Section 9.8 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
