<br />NOH, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />8/15/84 <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />1. The building at 281 Oak Avenue is determined to be a <br /> <br />public nuisance because such building endangers the life, health, <br /> <br />property and safety of the occupants of such building and affects <br /> <br />the neighborhood and persons in the surrounding vicinity of such <br /> <br />structure. <br /> <br />2. The specific findings supporting the determination that <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />such building is a public nuisance are as follows: <br /> <br />Health and Safety <br />Code Violations <br />Section 17920.3 <br /> <br />Subsection <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />k <br /> <br />a13 <br /> <br />a13, d <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />A List of the Health and Safety Code <br />Violations <br /> <br />Exterior <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Owners must properly board the <br />vacant house per the Redwood <br />City Building Department's <br />requirements. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />At the time of the inspection , <br />the property was not properly <br />boarded and secured and was <br />open to possible entry by <br />children and vagrants. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Missing access panel door for <br />the foundation. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Exposed service wiring at the <br />main electrical panel box. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Overgrown weeds nd vegetation <br />at rear/side/front yard area <br />constituting a fire hazard. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Unused automobile parts, unused <br />furniture, refuse, garbage, dog <br /> <br />2 <br />
