The owner of the buildings at 281 Oak Avenue is hereby <br /> <br />directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) days <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />date <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />hearing <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />either <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such building or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such buildings. <br /> <br />4.
