<br />DCB:sh 7/31/84 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents <br /> <br />to the annexation of the hereinafter described real property to <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo's Emerald Lake Hills Area Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />District <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />consents <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />discharge <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />transmission of sewage wi thin said annexed territory into the <br /> <br />Redwood City sewer system subject to all those certain terms and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in those certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement Wastewater Treatment Capacity (Emerald Lake Hills <br /> <br />Area)", dated August 18, 1980, by and between the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo and the City of Redwood City, and subject further to the <br /> <br />condition that the applicable sewer connection fee be paid and, <br /> <br />provided, further, that no treatment capacity rights (as defined <br /> <br />in the abovementioned agreements) from the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />to the County of San Mateo for the use of said property or <br /> <br />otherwise reserved or conveyed in connection with said consent <br /> <br />shall be transferred. <br /> <br />2. The properties for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given and for which <br /> <br />amends Exhibit A of that certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Wastewater Treatment Capacity (Emerald Lake Hills Area)", dated <br /> <br />August 18, 1980, shall include all that real property situate in <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The southeasterly portion of Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 509, <br />"Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision Five" filed January <br />19, 1927 in Book 15, Subdivision Maps of San Mateo County, <br />Pages 15 through 18, said portions now known as Parcel 2 of <br /> <br />2 <br />
