<br />D~B:rks <br />B:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />6/26/84 <br />7/31/84R <br />10/2/84R <br /> <br />O~Q!{"~'!\I <br />I ,IUI ~'a"\:... <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9667 <br /> <br />AUG 6 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 RELATING TO SEWAGE TRANSMISSION <br />TREATMENT, AND DISPOSAL AND CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF <br />CERTAIN REDWOOD CITY TERRITORY TO THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />EMERALD LAKE HILLS AREA SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PURSUANT TO AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "Agreement for <br /> <br />Sewage Transmission, Treatment, and Disposal of Sanitary Sewerage <br /> <br />By and Between the City of Redwood City, The County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />and The Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District", dated <br /> <br />August 22, 1983, [hereinafter "Agreement"] the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo received certain collection, transmission, pumping, and <br /> <br />disposal rights, therein defined and described from the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides in Paragraph I, that the <br /> <br />collection, pumping and transmission rights reserved and conveyed <br /> <br />to the County are expressly limited to sewage emanating from <br /> <br />properties situate in the Emerald Lake Hills Area as defined and <br /> <br />described in Exhibits "A", "B", and "c" thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of requests for consent to <br /> <br />the annexation of Lot 5, 6, and 7, <br /> <br />Block 509, Highlands of <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Subdivision Five, commonly known as 904 Wilmington <br /> <br />Way, Redwood City, California to said District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said requests and is <br /> <br />willing to consent to said annexations, except that said <br /> <br />annexation shall not change or effect in any way the treatment <br /> <br />9 GG 7 <br />
