<br />SWC:rb <br />~: sh <br /> <br />7/22/83 <br />8/02/84 <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement," by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Henry Kramer, dba Econo-Tree, for the <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br />bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br />aforemention Henry Kramer is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4.
