WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br />agreement and authorize its execution and recording of Grant Deed and <br />Addemdum; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement with Peninsula Habitat for <br /> <br />Humanity for Funding to Acquire Vacant Land," (form dated ), by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Peninsula Habitiat for Humanity, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement and related purchase documents <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-068 2 <br />G:~shared~redwood~council <br />FXS:rg 13294 <br />09/06/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
