<br />accord with the purposes and requirements of the Financing Law, <br />including the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Financing Law regard- <br />ing issuance of bonds. <br />5. It is the intention of this City to undertake the <br />Project, inclusive of the provision of Financing, subject to the <br />conditions that mutually acceptable terms for the Bonds and for the <br />sale and delivery thereof, mutually acceptable terms and conditions <br />for the agreements relating to the financing, including a regula- <br />tory agreement as provided by the Financing Law, and all applicable <br />requirements of law and governmental approvals, shall have been <br />first observed or obtained. <br />6. The City Clerk shall notice a public hearing and shall <br />cause an appropriate notice substantially similar to the Notice <br />attached hereto to be completed, with information as known to the <br />City Clerk, and to be published once in the Redwood City Almanac, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City of Redwood City, not <br />less than 14 days prior to the time of the hearing referred to in <br />the Notice, shall establish the date and time of such public <br />hearing, and shall at appropriate times give the notices required <br />by the Financing Law and such other notices as in the judgment of <br />such City Clerk are desirable, with reference to the Project, the <br />Facilities, or the Bonds. <br />7. (a) None of the Bonds shall be deemed to constitute a <br />debt of the City, or a pledge of the faith and credit of the City <br />but shall be payable solely from the funds provided therefor in the <br />proceedings.
