3. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and attest thereto; respectively, an agreement entitled "Option to <br />Purchase Agreement" and in a form approved by the City Attorney and in <br />substantial compliance with the terms and conditions of the Proposal, for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> 4. Upon the proper and timely exercise of the option referred to in the <br />option to Purchase Agreement, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, a grant deed, in a <br />form approved by the City Attorney, granting to Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, <br />a fee simple interest in the Property. <br /> <br /> 5.
