The properties for which consent to annex and discharge sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is hereby given, and with respect to which Exhibit "A" of the Agreement shall be, and hereby is, amended is all that certain the real property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Lot 6 Block 304, as designated on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision Three", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on November 15, 1926 in Book 14 of Maps at pages 47, 48, 49 and 50, described as follows: Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 6, said point being in the boundary of said district as established by San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 44822, adopted August 9, 1983 and running thence North 55028'10" East along the southerly line of said lot, 74 feet to the northeasterly line thereof; Thence along said line North 49034' West 126.92 feet and North 77051'50" West 51.53 feet to the most northerly corner of said Lot 6 and a point in said district boundary (Res. No. 44822); Thence South 34020' 40" West along the northwesterly line of said lot and along said district boundary, 50.12 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of said lot; Thence along said line and said district boundary, South 50039'00" East 147.81 feet to the Point of Beginning. 3.
