<br />DCB:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />12/03/84 <br />12/10/84R <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of two requests for consent <br /> <br />to the annexation of Assessors Parcel Nos. 058-281-110 and <br /> <br />058-281-030 to said District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said requests and is <br /> <br />willing to consent to said annexations upon the condition that <br /> <br />appropriate sewer connection fees be paid to the City for use of <br /> <br />its system; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents <br /> <br />to the annexations of the hereinafter described real property to <br /> <br />the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District subject to all those <br /> <br />certain terms and conditions set forth in those certain <br /> <br />agreements dated March 18, 1958, by and between the Oak Knoll <br /> <br />Sewer Iv1aintenance District and the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />Capacity Agreement, dated August 18, 1980, and the Transmission <br /> <br />Agreement, dated August 23, 1983, and subj ect to the condition <br /> <br />that the owners of the above described real property pay <br /> <br />appropriate sewer connection fees to the City as established for <br /> <br />use of the system. <br /> <br />2. The property for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into Redwood City sewage system is given is all that real <br /> <br />property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> <br />as shown on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated by this reference, more particularly described as <br /> <br />2 <br />
