WI-IEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br />the sum of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) from its HOME Investment <br />Parmership funds for the Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Fifty <br />Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the <br />fiscal year commencing July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, solely for the purposes <br />described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> 2. Use of Funds. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> <br />paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibits A (Budget), B <br />(Contract Objectives) and C (Environmental Review), attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. Reversion of Assets. Contractor agrees that any unexpended funds, or other <br />assets earned as a result of HOME funding for the Program shall be returned to City <br />upon completion of the program objectives as stated in Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> 4. Changes to Program. No changes in the Program described in this <br />Agreement, which are funded hereunder, shall be made without the prior written consent <br />of City. <br /> <br /> 5. Payments. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of all <br />expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreement. <br />Payments of funds allocated pursuant to paragraph i hereof shall be made to Contractor <br />on a reimbursement basis as follows: (i) Conla'actor shall submit requests for payment to <br /> <br />8/15/01 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
