affirmatively market the availability of the Housing Revitalization and Energy Program <br />to Redwood City residents with the goal of attracting all qualified persons without regard <br />to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age disability, marital status, ancestry, or national <br />origin. <br /> <br />8. Annual Report and Records. Contractor shall submit a narrative report to City <br /> <br />annually describing the activities funded under this agreement. Said report shall include <br />the total number of direct beneficiaries with demographic information regarding income, <br />household composition, ethnicity, age, and other data as required by City or the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development and shall be submitted on forms <br />provided by City's Housing Coordinator. <br /> <br /> 9. Financial Statement/Analysis; Monthly Reportsl Audit. Contractor agrees <br />to provide to Agency, City, to any Federal or State department having monitoring or <br />reviewing authority, to City's authorized representatives and/or their appropriate <br />audit agencies upon reasonable notice, access to and the right to examine and audit all <br />records and documents necessary to determine compliance with relevant Federal, State, <br />and local statutes, mles and regulations, and this Agreement, and to evaluate the quality, <br />appropriateness and timeliness of services performed. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall make available to City, or the public, upon request, a financial <br />statement and analysis setting forth in detail the manner in which, and the specific <br />purposes for which, the funds paid hereunder were expended to the date of such <br />accounting.
