<br />DCB: sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />9/13/84 <br />10/23/84R <br /> <br />(2) Fewer than 12 registered voters resided within said <br /> <br />territory at the time preliminary proceedings were initiated <br /> <br />pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with S35100) of Part 2, Div. 2, <br /> <br />Title 4 of the Government Code of the State of California, and <br /> <br />said territory is therefore uninhabited; <br /> <br />(3) The petition proposing said annexation has been signed <br /> <br />by the only and sole owner of all of the land in the territory <br /> <br />proposed to be reorganized; <br /> <br />(4) The property is located in the Emerald Lakes Highway <br /> <br />Lighting District and shall be withdrawn from said District. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 35151 of the <br /> <br />Government Code of the State of California, the aforementioned <br /> <br />Commission has authorized this Council to conduct the proposed <br /> <br />reorganization proceedings without notice and hearing, and <br /> <br />wi thout an election, having determined by resolution that said <br /> <br />territory is uninhabited and that all landowners of said <br /> <br />territory have consented in writing to such reorganization. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the <br /> <br />hereafter described property is withdrawn from the Emerald Lakes <br /> <br />Highway Lighting District. <br /> <br />3. The territory hereby detached from the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo and annexed to the City of Redwood City and hereinafter <br /> <br />2 <br />
