3/2/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13291 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AGENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> FOR FEDERAL AND STATE DISASTER RELIEF AND <br /> EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The following designated persons holding the offices or positions of <br />employment with the City of Redwood City, California, designated hereinafter <br />are, and each of them is, hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City, California, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California established by Charter pursuant to the Constitution of the State of <br />California, application or applications, and to file the same with the Office of <br />Emergency Services of the State of California for the purpose of obtaining <br />certain federal financial assistance under Public Law 93-288 as amended by the <br />Robert T. Stratford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, or <br />state financial assistance under the National Disaster Assistance Act: <br /> <br /> Name Title <br /> <br /> Brian Ponty Finance Director <br /> Peter Ingram Director of Public Works Services <br /> Judith Somers Financial Services Manager. <br /> <br /> 2.
