<br />DCB:sh 10/31/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 72 5 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 5 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REIMER <br />ASSOCIATES FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR ROOSEVELT <br />AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />HHEREAS, City plans to widen and reconstruct that certain <br /> <br />portion of Roosevelt Avenue from EI Camino Real to the vicinity <br /> <br />of Hudson Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage a consultant to perform some <br /> <br />of those certain engineering services, including, but not limited <br /> <br />to, engineering studies and evaluations, improvement plans for <br /> <br />underground utilities and street lighting, and pre-construction <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the services <br /> <br />referred to in this Agreement; <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Reimer Associates, entitled "Agreement For Engineering <br /> <br />Services for Roosevelt Avenue Reconstruction proj ect" a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />97725 <br />
