The provisions of this paragraph <br />3 shall not apply to connections made to public sewers <br /> <br />maintained by the West Bay Sanitary District or the Fair <br /> <br />Oaks Sewer Maintenance District within the City. <br /> <br />4. Construction Costs. In the event the City constructs a <br /> <br />sewer lateral pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code <br /> <br />Section 27.82 (b), the applicant for the installation of such <br /> <br />lateral shall pay the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) for <br /> <br />the construction of a four inch diameter sewer lateral, or the <br /> <br />sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950.00) for a six inch <br /> <br />diameter sewer lateral, whichever is appropriate. <br /> <br />5. Application Fees; Administrative Costs. The following <br />schedule of fees shall be imposed upon and collected from <br /> <br />applicants and users of the sewerage facilities to defray the <br /> <br />costs of processing and issuing the following permits or <br /> <br />performing the following services [section references are to the <br /> <br />Redwood City Code] : <br /> <br />(a) Storm water or ground water drainage connection <br />permit (S27.21) - $26.00 <br /> <br />(b) Unpolluted water permit (S27.22) - $26.00 <br /> <br />(c) Garbage grinder permit (S27.23(b)) - $26.00 <br /> <br />(d) Direct discharge permit (~27.24) - $26.00 <br /> <br />(e) Holding tank waste permit (S27.25) - $26.00 <br /> <br />13 <br />
