<br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />10/10/84 <br />11/01/84R <br />11/0S/84R <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Code, the payment for which is not otherwise provided for herein, <br /> <br />shall be paid in advance of the performance of such services or <br /> <br />work in an amount equal to the estimated costs to the City <br /> <br />thereof. Upon performance of such services or work, and upon the <br /> <br />calculation of the actual costs thereof, sums deposited in excess <br /> <br />of such actual costs shall be refunded, or additional charges <br /> <br />shall be made, equal to the amount by which the actual costs <br /> <br />exceeds the estimated cost, as appropriate. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Effective Date. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective <br /> <br />upon its adoption; provided, however, that the charges, rates and <br /> <br />fees established pursuant hereto shall be operative from and <br /> <br />after December 1, 1984 except as otherwise specified herein. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Repealer. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7529 entitled "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing Charges and Fees, and Terms and Conditions of <br /> <br />Payment Thereof, Relating to Connection to, and Use of, Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewerage Facilities", adopted December 15, 1975 by the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />7640 entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution Repealing Paragraph 2 and Amending Paragraph 3 of <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7529, Relating to Designation of Sanitary Sewerage <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br />Areas <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewerage <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br />Charges, <br /> <br />Respectively", adopted July 12, 1976 by said Council, Resolution <br /> <br />No. 9191 entitled, "Resolution Amending Paragraph 3 of Resolution <br /> <br />No. 7529, Relating To Sanitary Sewerage Charges", adopted August <br /> <br />15 <br />
