The building at 612 Jefferson Avenue is determined to be <br /> <br />a public nuisance because such building endangers the life, <br /> <br />health, property and safety of the occupants of such building and <br /> <br />affects the neighborhood and persons in the surrounding vicinity <br /> <br />of such structure. <br /> <br />2.
