The owner of the building at 612 Jefferson Avenue is <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such building or (b) razing or remov- <br /> <br />ing such building. <br /> <br />4.
