V"a ""AL <br />' .H <br />,. till J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY FOR MULTIFM1ILY <br />REHABILITATION AND INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the California Housing <br /> <br />Finance Agency and the City of Redwood City entitled "California <br /> <br />Housing Finance Agency - Multifamily Rehabilitation and Infill <br /> <br />New Construction Program - Commitment Agreement", a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9711 <br />
