<br />DCB:djg-c 9/27/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 70:i <br /> <br />OCT 1 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />REDWOOD SHORES SEWAGE FLOW METER AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Redwood Shores Sewage Flow Meter in <br /> <br />order to construct a metering device to measure sewage flows <br /> <br />originating in the Redwood Shores area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for this <br /> <br />flow meter project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Sewage Flow Meter", including all plans and drawings referenced <br /> <br />therein, prepared by the City's consultant, Kennedy Jenks <br /> <br />Engineers and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
