FASSLER RELATING TO EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE ADVISOR <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the services of a <br /> <br />equipment maintenance advisor to provide expertise in writing <br /> <br />procedures for operational aspects of the auto shop; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Gregory <br /> <br />J. Fassler, Menlo Park, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Gregory J. Fassler to provide the above <br /> <br />referenced services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Gregory J. Fassler entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Equipment <br /> <br />Haintenance Advisor" (form dated 7/16/84), attached hereto, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City <br /> <br />Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Q6~"4~ <br />"j .~ <br />
