<br />DCR:djg-c 7/17/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 963 6 <br /> <br />JUL 2 3 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />SECOND ~~NDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR SEAPORT BOULEVARD RECONS'I'RUCTION PROJEC'I' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9289, adopted January 17, <br /> <br />1983, and amended, pursuant to Resolution No. 9450, adopted <br /> <br />September 26, 1983, the City of Redwood City entered into an <br /> <br />agreement with Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates whereby certain <br /> <br />engineering services were to be provided to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City in connection with the Seaport Boulevard reconstruction <br /> <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City desires further engineering services from <br /> <br />Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates in connection with such <br /> <br />project which are in the nature of additional engineering <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates has represented <br /> <br />to the City t-hat it is qualified and willing to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />amendment to the aforementioned agreement. between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates for the <br /> <br />performance of addi tional engineering services, and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to approve said agreement and <br /> <br />authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />S b:i 6 <br />
