<br />DCB:rks 7/05/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9623 <br /> <br />ORJG/NAL <br />JUL 9 1984 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF <br />AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (CAL-BAY, LTD. <br />CONTINUING CARE FACILITY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the performance <br /> <br />of certain personal services hereinafter more specifically <br /> <br />described in the preparation of an environmental impact report <br /> <br />for the proposed Cal-Bay, Ltd. Continuing Care Facility Project <br /> <br />at 653 Bair Island Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Earth <br /> <br />Metrics, <br /> <br />Incorporated, <br /> <br />Burlingame, <br /> <br />California, has represented to the City that it is experienced in <br /> <br />the preparation of environmental impact reports and is willing to <br /> <br />prepare an environmental impact report for the aforementioned <br /> <br />proposed development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement whereby <br /> <br />Earth Metrics, Inc. will furnish said personal services for the <br /> <br />benefit of the City; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOVlS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of an Environmental Impact Report" (form dated 7/5/84) by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and Earth Metrics, Inc., a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to <br /> <br />which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />9 {:}-' <br />,) ;:,,,' ~j <br />
