<br />DES:rks <br />DES:rks <br /> <br />7/05/84 <br />7/09/84R <br /> <br />{48 hours}, and all other personnel designated in <br /> <br />the aforesaid Section 2.2 shall receive 1 day (8 <br /> <br />hours), of non-accumulative vacation leave every <br /> <br />year <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />compensation <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />lieu <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />overtime <br /> <br />compensation. <br /> <br />Such non-accumulative vacation <br /> <br />leave shall either be utilized by such personnel <br /> <br />during each year, or an amount equivalent to the <br /> <br />value of such vacation leave (based upon the <br /> <br />respective salary rates of said personnel) shall <br /> <br />be paid to such personnel upon the conclusion of <br /> <br />each year. <br /> <br />In addition to the foregoing provision for <br /> <br />non-accumulative vacation <br /> <br />leave, <br /> <br />each person <br /> <br />assigned <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />employment <br /> <br />classification <br /> <br />specified in said Section 2.2, but excluding <br /> <br />department <br /> <br />heads, <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />non-accumulative vacation leave in an amount <br /> <br />equal to the amount of time (in hours) worked by <br /> <br />such person in excess of the specified work <br /> <br />period for each such classification; provided, <br /> <br />that such amount shall in no event exceed 40 <br /> <br />hours in any year. <br /> <br />In the event a person <br /> <br />assigned to any such employment classification <br /> <br />(excluding department heads) works in excess of <br /> <br />40 hours beyond the specified work period in any <br /> <br />3 <br />
