This Council does hereby approve the aforesaid financing <br /> <br />plan and the execution and delivery of the Installment Sale <br /> <br />Agreement in the principal amount of not to exceed $2,000,000 in <br /> <br />connection therewith by or for the Port of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. To the extent required, if at all, this Council hereby <br /> <br />authorizes the Board of Port Commissioners, and/or its duly <br /> <br />authorized agents and representatives, to execute all necessary <br /> <br />agreements or other documents necessary or appropriate in order <br /> <br />to carry out the financing plan above described. <br /> <br />4.
