GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> FOR <br /> (HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the provision of Resolution No. 13280 of the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, adopted Feb~:uary 9 _, 1998, permission is hereby <br />granted to the Peninsula Covenant ChUrch, ("Permittee"), to use certain facilities <br />at the property known as 1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, Califomia, and <br />also known as the Herkner Swim Pool (the "Facilities"), owned by the City of <br />Redwood City ("City"), under the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> This revocable permit (the "Permit") is granted subject to the following <br /> terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Use' Services. <br /> <br /> (a) Permittee's Duties.: <br /> (i) Permittee shall have the exclusive use of the Facilities from <br /> February 15 to April 15, 1998. <br /> (ii) Permittee shall staff the Facilities with certified lifeguards, as <br /> determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br /> (iii) Permittee shall be responsible for opening and closing the <br /> Facilities. <br /> (iv) Permittee shall be responsible for cleaning the Facilities and <br /> providing all supplies in connection therewith. <br /> (v) Permittee shall pay for all utilities for the building in which the <br /> swimming pool is located upon presentation of an invoice by the City.
