<br />DCB:rks 6/06/84 <br /> <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be One Hundred <br />Eighty One Thousand and 00/100 Dollars <br />($181,000.00), and also a good and sufficient <br />securi ty in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owners or <br />subdividers, the amount of said security to be One <br />Hundred Eighty One Thousand and 00/100 Dollars <br />($181,000.00) . <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 4 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Cordilleras Heights Unit No.4" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Redwood City Standard Specifications, August, 1974," <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3.
