<br />DCB:djg-c 5/17/84 <br /> <br />MAY ~ 1 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9c <br />tJ t5 2i <br /> <br />OmGH~AL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED BUDGET <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85, SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING <br />THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 4, 1984, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1984-85 fiscal <br /> <br />year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, July 2, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br /> <br />at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br /> <br />Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and <br /> <br />place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1984-85; <br /> <br />said date is hereby established as the date of introduction for <br /> <br />the ordinance adopting said budget; and July 16 <br /> <br />1984, is <br /> <br />hereby established as the date of final adoption of said <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection <br /> <br />of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place <br /> <br />at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9588 <br />
