<br />DCB:rks 5/10/84 <br /> <br />UHiGINP~L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1') p-' <br />"0. ~ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />MAY 1 4 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOR <br />REHABILITATION OF STREETS UTILIZED BY TRANSIT VEHICLES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City believes the operation of <br /> <br />the Program for Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit <br /> <br />Vehicles, hereinafter referred to as "Program", to be in the <br /> <br />public interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to receive allocation as specified in the <br /> <br />report entitled PROGRAM FOR REHABILITATION OF STREETS UTILIZED BY <br /> <br />TRANSIT VEHICLES, hereinafter referred to as "Report", it is <br /> <br />necessary for the City to accept the provisions of the Program <br /> <br />rules and to signify its desire to participate: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City accepts and desires to join the Program for <br /> <br />Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit Vehicles. <br /> <br />2.
