Inadequate Fire <br />Protection of Fire Fighting <br />Equipment - Section 1001 (n), fire <br />extinguishers not serviced. Water <br />heater room downstairs is filled <br />with broken sheetrock from walls and <br />ceilings. Hole in wall between <br />water heater room and living room of <br />adjacent unit. This wall is falling <br />into living unit. <br /> <br />Hazardous Mechanical Equipment <br />water heaters improperly vented, <br />only one has pressure relief valve, <br />none of the four has drain spouts. <br /> <br />13 <br />
