<br /> DCB:rks 4/12/84 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 9560 APR 2 3 1984 <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />KENNEDY/JENKS ENGINEERS, INC. RELATING TO REDWOOD <br />SHORES SEWAGE FLOW METER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an engineering <br /> <br />design for construction of the Redwood Shores Flow Meter and <br /> <br />Telemetry and support services during construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />KENNEDY/JENKS ENGINEERS, INC., to perform such study including, <br /> <br />but not limited to, engineering design and construction support <br /> <br />services of the Redwood Shores Sewage Flow Meter and Telemetry; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KENNEDY/JENKS ENGINEERS, INC. has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and KENNEDY/JENKS entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />SEWAGE FLOW METER AND TELEMETRY" (form dated 4/12/84), a copy of <br /> <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9560 <br />
