Chandler received the highest number of <br /> <br />votes given for said office of Council member for the full four <br /> <br />(4) year term, and Brenton C. Britschgi, Robert H. Bury, William <br /> <br />J. Stangel and Gerald R. Chandler were thereby elected Council <br /> <br />members for the full term of four (4) years; and the City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to said Brenton C. <br /> <br />Britschgi, Robert H. Bury, William J.
