This Council acknowledges and declares that the <br /> <br />foregoing provisions of this resolution shall be subject to <br /> <br />Section l03(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, <br /> <br />which requires that the City Council hold a public hearing on the <br /> <br />question of whether the City Council should approve the issuance <br /> <br />of bonds. <br /> <br />6.
