WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council providing for the advance funding of such activities and services and this <br />Council desires to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City, a public body corporate and politic, and Shea Homes, <br />Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership corporation, entitled, <br />"Advance Funding Agreement for the Franklin Street Project" (form dated <br />01/20/98), providing for advance funding of certain activities and services relating <br />to the proposed Project of Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. 2, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-352 2 <br /> F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 01/20/98 132 75 <br /> DES:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
