<br />DRS:djg-c 3/23/84 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such reimbursement has <br /> <br /> <br />been reviewed by this Council; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Reimbursement <br /> <br /> <br />for Costs of Specialized Legal Services (Seaport Centre Project)" <br /> <br /> <br />(form dated 4/2/84), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Seaport <br /> <br /> <br />Centre Venture, a California general partnership, providing for <br /> <br />reimbursement of legal fees, costs and expenditures in connection <br /> <br />with specialized legal services pertaining to the establishment <br /> <br /> <br />and implementation of maintenance assessment districts, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
