<br />Dr.B:djg-c 3/16/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9547 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND DESIGN & ENGINEERING <br />SYSTEMS, INC. RELATING TO ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMENT FOR <br />DESIGN OF FIRE STATION NO. 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation <br /> <br />of architectural and engineering plans for the proposed Fire <br /> <br />Station No.1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Design & <br /> <br />Engineering Systems, Inc., Redwood City, California to perform <br /> <br />such architectural and engineering plans; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Design & Engineering Systems, Inc. to provide <br /> <br />the above referenced services to the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Design & Engineering Systems, Inc. entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />For Architectural Services For Fire Station Facility" (form dated <br /> <br />3/16/84), attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9547 <br />
