BROCK & SONS, INC. RELATING TO THE <br /> PERFORMANCE OF WETLAND MITIGATION AND <br /> RESTORATION WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE REDWOOD <br /> SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "License and Indemnification <br />Agreement," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, Redwood Shores Properties, a California joint venture <br />general partnership and M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc. a Delaware corporation doing <br />business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-340 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 12/10/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
