<br />D~B:djg-c 3/29/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9546 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WHITMORE <br />& KAY RELATING TO LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the specialized <br /> <br />legal services to complete labor negotiations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage the <br /> <br />partnership of Whitmore & Kay, Palo Alto, California to perform <br /> <br />such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Whitmore & Kay to provide the above referenced <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Whitmore & Kay entitled "Agreement For Legal Services" <br /> <br />(form dated 3/29/84), attached hereto, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9546 <br />
