<br />DES:rks 3/29/84 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 5 (b) of the Agreement provides that the <br /> <br />cost allocations of Stage 2 of the Project shall be set forth in <br /> <br /> <br />an agreement supplementary to the Agreement or in a new joint <br /> <br /> <br />powers agreement, and Section 7.9 of the Agreement provides that <br /> <br /> <br />the Agreement may be amended at any time, or from time to time, <br /> <br />by one or more Supplemental Agreements executed by all of the <br /> <br /> <br />agencies who are then parties to the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission of the South Bayside System <br /> <br /> <br />Authority, pursuant to said Commission's Resolution No. SBSA <br /> <br /> <br />84-08, entitled "Resolution Approving and Recommending Execution <br /> <br /> <br />of Supplemental Agreement III to Joint Exercise of Powers <br /> <br />Agreement", adopted March 12,1984, by said Commission, has <br /> <br />transmitted for consideration by this Council said Supplemental <br /> <br />Agreement III which addresses the foregoing matters; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That certain Agreement entitled "Joint Exercise of <br /> <br /> <br />Powers Agreement - South Bayside System Authority Supplemental <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement III (form dated 3/12/84R), providing for changes to the <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement addressing the matters described in the recitals <br /> <br />hereinabove, a copy of which a Supplemental Agreement is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br /> <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />2 <br />
