DCB:rks 3/28/84 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9544 ORIGINAL APR 2 1984 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 84-2, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS RELATING THERETO BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 84-2 consisting of a lot combination in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Sequoia Hospital District, owners of record of said lots, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map therefor, is approved, subject to the following conditions: (a) That, before the release of said final map by the City for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said lot combination shall enter into and execute that certain proposed agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of a Portion of Upland Road and Whipple Avenue, " wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all streets and other improvements required of owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of Parcel Map No. 84-2 on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. (b) That, before the release of said final map by the City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form subject to the approval of the City Attorney, 9544
